Dear school,

I know you will never find out who this is, well, because I have my ways. And I, being an anonymous person, am going to tell you about something in this joint. First off, the bullying policy sucks. I am not going to sugar coat it for you. People get bullied every day and say nothing about it because you guys never do anything about it when people do report when they are hurt. It is only when it is serious bullying, like physical punches and such when you decide to take action. But the words people say to one another also have an affect on us, sometimes more than the real pain. It is pain we will drag along with us for the rest of our lives. Just because it is words and you can't necessarily prove it happened doesn't mean you should tell me to “ Ignore it and get on with your life” quote on quote. Yea, that's right. One of your staff members said those exact words to me. And it ticked me off. No teacher should EVER say that to one of her students. EVER. I am sure she had no idea what it was like to be bullied, because it hurts beyond explaining it. I know people that get bullied almost every day, myself being a person who gets hurt everyday by mean words. And in your new “ Bullying Policy”, you said, basicly in the rulebook, page 50, any bullying will be dealt with immediately. And look what happens. Zip, zero, nada! No help from the people who are suffering from others harmful words and actions. I guess you guys don't care. You don't want to fill out bullying reports. So sad. Either fill out a bully report or have the death of your students from suicide. Some certain people, such as one of my friends who keeps thinking about suicide, cutting, ect. So either write in words on a sheet or the death of a child. Lets weight the chances. Um, duh! It is gunna be the filling out the words on a sheet of paper!
But if you want Screwfound to become a better place, this is one way of doing that. Just trust me on this one guys. I know from friends, my own experiences every day, and from everything.
