Chapter 21

I'm going to warn you guys, the next few chapters are going to skip time! Like, from october to december and crap. Hope you guys still like it!

Summer passed by quickly, and soon it was time for school again. I was standing at my rusted locker, which I had for the four years of high school. I was looking at my yellow shirt and floral pants, hoping they looked just right. I looked back in the mirror and added another layer of lipgloss and-
"Oh my lanta!"
I heard a voice scream as I went to my locker, and as I turned to see who it was I saw Hilary running down the hall, her eyes locked on me.
"Fid!"
She got close to me and jumped, her arms wrapping around me. I stumbled back but wrapped my arms around her.
"I missed you so much!"
She pulled back and grinned, looking at my outfit.
"Love the outfit. Where have you been all summer? We haven't talked in like, weeks!"
I nodded and shrugged. Hilary suddenly stopped smiling and gasped, staring at me. I didn't know what she was doing, so I just let out a nervous laugh and smile.
"You have a new boyfriend don't you?"
I felt my face flush. I didn't tell Hilary about Drew, because I didn't want to tell anyone. I mean, who would ever believe what I tell them about him? They would think I'm nuts.
"No, why would you think that?"
I lied to her. I haven't lied to Hilary before, so I felt bad that I was doing it now.
"I don't know, just the look in your eye. Do you?"
I shook my head no and closed my locker.
"Hil, I would tell you if I had a boyfriend."
"I know!"
She laughed and linked her arm with mine. She began talking about some of the things she did over the summer, but I wasn't really listening. All I could hear was my bad feeling that I was lying to Hilary. I felt really bad about it, and I felt like she was going to find out sooner or later. And I knew she would.

Authors Note: Sorry guys that this one sucks! It's short and has NO meaning what so ever. I feel really bad for you guys. But, this story will end soon! But, then my new one starts! Yay! Haha, anyway, feedback? :)
