Hi! This is my stories account, my other accoubnt is Awesomeusername23. I am currently doing a collaboration with one of my best friends on the account CandScollaborations. Maybe you guys could check it out? Anyway, I write usually a mixture of genres, my favorite being Action/Adventure and mystery. I ttry to make sure my stories have a little of that kind of stuff with a touch of romance. (I'm not too into romance, probably because I'm forever alone :P and it's kinda overdone... What? I like to be differentc:) Lately, I've been having writers block (posting deleteing and posting again) and basically just writing short stories until I find that perfect idea that people will like without being a sellout(: so yeah. Read, enjoy, whatever... peace!

Hothat Knife Got in thSchool Gutter
Chapter #3

We walked out of the forest as the setting sun faded to black. My palms were sweating from overthinking the note. It was just so odd.
"How old was that girl? Eleven? And she's already wearing dresses that you could cleary see her butt. What the hell?" Riley said before pausing, "You think I could pull that off?" She extended her tan leg, looking at Charlie. He chuckled and grabbed her hand.
I couldn't take it anymore. "Look what I found," I gasped, holding the note out so they could see. David ripped it out of my hand.
"Where did you find this?" he asked, anger in his eyes.
"It was in the doll's dress." David crumpled up the note and threw it, the wind carrying it to Kingdom Come.
"What was that for?" I asked.
"And who is 'them'?" Riley asked, her eyebrow raised.
"I feel like we should find out," I mumbled as screams were heard from a street near the woods. We all looked at each other.

Hothat Knife Got in thSchool Gutter
Chapter #1

I was sitting at home on a warm July afternoon twiddling my thumbs, bored out of my mind with nobody to call. My best friend Riley was in the city listening to her boyfriend, Charlie play some music. She went to everyone of his cocerts, even when they weren't dating. I totally understood why.
Charlie can play anything you were quietly humming on the piano. When he plays he gets this far-off, dreamy look in his eye. You can tell he's in heaven any time his fingers touch the keys. I'm not jealous of Riley and Charlie, but of course he's hers.
It was 6 pm when I heard frantic knocking at the front door. I ran to answer it. Riley and Charlie were standing there, looking exhausted.
"Cassie," Riley panted, "You have to come see this."
***
I pulled on some ripped skinny jeans and beat-up Converse at record speed, my heart and mind racing. What could be going on? Weren't they in the city all day?
I snatched my phone off the charger and put in my pocket while running down the steps, to find Riley and Charlie putting food, six bottles of water, and a butcher knife wrapped in a dish towel in Riley's huge, dark purple boho bag she always carried.
"What the hell are you doing? And why are you taking a knife with you?" I asked, my mouth wide open in surprise.
"Who knows, we might need it. We have to get David first though," Charlie said, closing Riley's bag tightly and heading out the door.
David Jackson lived two doors down from me, and was good friends with Charlie. Riley knocked on his door in the same frantic manner. He opened the door sleepily.
"Whaddya want?"
"We gotta show you something now," Riley said, sprinting off towards the woods. We followed her, our sneakers slapping the concrete as we went.

People all around her had begun to shoot. Greg was right, they did come here first. Fear gripped her. She glanced around the small room. Two men were already down, either dead or passed out-Liberty couldn't tell which. She began tto shoot out one of the open windows, ducking so she wouldn't get hit. A bullet went through her hand. She yelped and continued to shoot, not bothering to get rid of the bullet.
She had the sudden urge to look around, which was probably not the best idea. Almost all of the men wetre hit, the only people shooting were Greg and the 17 year old kid. Liberty grabbed a man's AK-47 and climbed out of the Town Hall window quietly onto Main Street.
Liberty ducked behind a bush when she felt someone else with her. The man groaned in pain and looked up at her.
"Aaron? a million thoughts were racing through her mind. Could she have blown their cover? His eyes got huge.
"You're supposed to be home! What the hell are you doing?" Panic rose in his voice.
"I shot a few down so I'm not completely useless."
"You still shouldn't be here!" He watched drops of blood coming from her hands hit the pure white snow.
Liberty looked up to see Greg running out of the Town Hall.
"what's Greg doing?" She wondered aloud, looking at Aaron. He smiled grimly. Not more than two minutes later, a deafning sound shook the earth. The other army quickly retreated. Aaron stood up and started singing,
Sing us the song of the century
She was a bit upset that the war ended so quickly, but also happy that she was alive.
*
Greg was found dead that morning. He was one of the unlucky Americans to be caught in the explosion that had killed most of the other army. The explosion wasn't supposed to be that big. Liberty has said many times that this expireience has deffinitly scarred her.

Ater the meeting, Aaron called her over to him.
"Liberty, if this is a joke, it's not funny."
"What do you mean?"
"I don't think you get how important this is. You do realize that if we lose this, this country could be history, right?" He spoke to her like shee was a small child, simply, and without any respect that she was a living, breathing human. Liberty wasn't used to being spoken to like this.
"I do understand," Liberty said bravely, "Now where will I be stationed?"
"Nowhere. Go back home where all the other women are. You are not needed here."
A man I recognized as Greg was making sure his gun was loaded as he spoke, "Aaron, let her fight. SZhe could win this for us. We do need another person."
"Yeah, Let hjer fight!" a chorus of voices cheered.
"Oh, hell no. GO HOME!" He bellowed, causing Liberty to flinch. She turned away and walked calmly out the door into the snow.
She wiped away stray tears as she made the slow walk home. Suddenly, she felt a hand on her shoulder and jumped and instinctivly pulled out her gun. It was only Greg. She put the gun back in her belt and looked at him. "What do you want?"
"I want you to fight. I've been posted at the town hall where they will most likely strike first, then I'll go to the woods. I have to be there in five minutes. It's do or die now, are you in?"

the last of the american girls
pt 1

She was born on the Fourth of July. The minute she was born, her father knew there was something special about this little girl, though he couldn't quite place it. On the night of her birth, the three of them watched the vibrant fireworks from the hospital window, the little girl nestled in her mother's arms.
Liberty grew up and entered the 3rd grade. She was much loved by her classmates and had a very strong sense of pride for herself, and her country. She was confident, a little too confident.
*15 years later*
She turned 21. She had just graduated college, and was planning to fight in the war that was slowly waging. She had no second thoughts about joining, she (almost) knew how to shoot a gun and how to diffuse a bomb, so she thought she was practically ready. But litte did she know, it was that stupid sense of pride and confidence that she had that could get her killed.
Tonight was the night, the Eve of Destruction. It was quiet, too quiet. She kissed her parents goodbye, and told them that she would be back, and she would win this war for them. Liberty's mother had tears in her eyes as she saw that long, raven-black hair whirl out the front door, attached to the lean, running body of her daughter.
She tip-toed through the wild ferns to the abandoned farm house where they would be meeting. As she opened the door, a room full of men turned around to look at her. Liberty blushed and looked up at the man about her age, standing before 10 rows of burly men.
"You're late," the man said. His voice deeper and louder than she had expected, "What is your name?"
"Liberty," she said in the same tone. She walked with her head held high to the nearest seat, next to a guy that had many tattoos, "What's yours?"
"Aaron," he said,  blushing and turning away.
Aaron turned to face us, "Tonight," he said, banging his fist on the table, "We go to war with a smile on our faces, because we are friends of DEATH ITSELF!"
Everyone cheered, including Liberty.

Epilogue

So I guess it all ended well. Hannah is alive and well, Adam is safe and sound, Dodge has lightened up a lot more, Jake is still the same, G is a mature Gerard, and my mom had a career change.
Its now 2025, and I work for the Missing and Exploited Children, along with Hannah, who is engaged to none other than my brother. Who knew a guy like that could get a girl like that?
Dodge is now a counselor, and has an on-off relationship with Adam. Adam, G, and Jake are now the President, Vice President, and the CEO of the FBI.

Now you're probably wondering, what about G and I? Are we together? Are we married? Did we find other people? The answer is no to all of them. But, if you don't tell him, I saw him slip a small box into his back pocket before we went to dinner.

Chapter 28
The first thing I noticed as the Mayor led me into the dark closet was G's light blonde hair. The Mayor turned on the lights, and what I saw was horrifying.
They were all alive but wounded and bleeding. Jake was struggling against the tight ropes, G was trying to shake off his blindfolds, but the rest of them were too weak to even twitch. I held back my tears at this awful sight. How would I save them? If I leave, they would be killed. If I stayed, I would be killed.
I decided to stay.
"Where are the ropes and the blindfolds?" I asked the guards that we standing behind the Mayor. I didn't put up a fight.
The guards sat me on the ground. They left quickly knowing that I was out of the way.
It wasn't easy for me to stand up, but I did. Jake gave me a look that seemed to say, "What the hell are you doing?". I hopped as quietly to the side wall as I could. There was a door stopper there with a sharp edge. If I could get myself out of the ropes we could get out of here.
After about five minutes, the tight ropes loosened, and I knew that I was free.
I ripped the cloth that was tied over my mouth out, and went over to untie the others.
"You are positively amazing," G told me, massaging the rope burns on his forearms. I nodded my head in thanks. There were two doors in the closet. One with guards, the other without. I used my best guess and opened one. The person that I was waiting for was on the other side.
"Adam! I knew you'd come!" I said in a loud whisper, hugging him.
"Adam? You found your way out of the Woods?" My mom asked.
"Yes I did, and glad to see you, too."
"Yeah, yeah, happy and lovey, do you know how to get us out of here?" Dodge asked.
"Yeah, of course I do, but it's a maze. It only took me ten minutes to get in here, but all we need to do is use inverse directions."

The maze was odd. The walls and floors were jet-black and the celings were a changing psychadelic pattern. It made me feel like I was high.
It seemed longer than ten minutes to get out of there, but we got out. We ran out into the car and stepped on the gas. We sped away into the dark night.
All of a sudden, we hear a deafening sound shake the earth. We looked at each other.
"They are finished, right?" Hannah asked grinning.
We stood releived.
