Honestly, i know i'm only 2 years older than you but i remember when i was 13 and it is the year of over reacting. You don't mean to but you do. So don't worry about it, your mum will slowly ease down on the strictness and you'll get your phone back soon. You still have your whole life ahead of you so don't stress over the little things. Life is what you make of it so just enjoy what you have and don't wish you had more. If it really bothers you, try talking to your mum about it, tell her how you feel but just make sure you're mature about it all. Hope it all works out for you(:
