Just seeing a little comment on your profile saying "you are beautiful♥" may not be much but it could make someone smile, which is what makes it worth it. Operation Beautiful's mission is to end negative self-talf or 'fat-talk'. It should help people realize how truely toxic negative self-talk really is and how it can hurt you physically, emotionally, and spiritually. They want to do this by just leaving a small comment in a place you know someone will see it, like public bathroom, grocery store, school, or the mall. You can write whatever comes to mind on a sticky-note, like "You are beautiful" or "You are amazing just the way you are". People will read them and just smile(: Efforts from a random stranger can really touch someone. You can even go on the website and post a picture of you kind note.
