Last night I heard my own heart beating, it sounded like footsteps on my stairs.  Six months gone, and I'm still reaching, even though I know that you're not there.  I'm playin' back a thousand memories, baby; thinkin' bout everything we've been through.  Maybe I've been going back too much lately

I guess I'll start here,
I'm not the same Layniee I used to be.. Exciting, funny, carefree, outgoing, etc... I lost myself a long time ago and I think I miss myself more than anyone who's noticed me changing. So here's the deal, i'm going to find her, I need to re-route myself and get back on track, no matter what I have to go through to get there. Thank you for everyone who did something to keep my head above water, I owe it to you guys so that I can get back to the old, but most importantly, say goodbye to this girl.
