For some reason I feel scared/ worried all the
time.
I dont really know why but I always have that ominous feeling. Probably my OCD or anxiety. I always get that random knot feeling in my stomach or that sinking feeling when you feel bad. I worry too much that something drastic is gonna happen. I always think of worst case situations. Like at night the most common thing is that If I feel the ground shaking i feel like an earthquake is coming or a tsunami which is crazy. Or I can be happy at one point and than I suddenly feel scared. That feeling in my stomach just comes. I hate never feeling fully comfortable or happy. Because I feel like it's just gonna end right there and then. I always think people are gonna think it's a joke or I'm going insane. I don't wanna go insane because of this. I wanna be normal. Even my dad doesn't take it seriously. My mom understands a little. My best friend does too. I need you guys to help me through this too. I don't wanna feel alone.
