Chapter 6

Flashback--Tempest's POV

I ran into fourth period. i needed to talk to Hayleigh. I slammed my books down

onto my desk and went to "sharpen my pencil." I didn't even bother to be

stealthy; i even forgot my pencil. i knelt down next to Hayleigh's desk and

started whispering. i told her about the note that told me to meet them at the

auditorium 4th period. i told her about both twins liking me--and it was then that

she chose to interrupt me.

"Does...Nola know?" She frowned. Nola is the twins' older sister. she hates our

guts. With an undying and burning passion. and vice versa. I sighed.

"I don't think so. So...do you think i should go?"

"Sure." She shrugged. "Whatever you want." I scowled.

"Wow, thanks for the advice." I said sarcastically.

"No, really...not my choice to make. But sure...take a chance." I shifted

uneasily at her words.

"But...but what if it's Sean or Troy...?"

She rolled her eyes. "Of course it's one of the twins!"

"Tempest, get back to your seat!" The teacher snapped. i trudged back to my

desk.

Now, the decision was up to me.
