He said, but i could just tell from his voice that he really wanted me to; and i honestly really wanted to as well. I picked it up with both hands. It felt so weird to have actual food like that in my hands. It was so weird and floppy. It felt almost foreign to be, because i hadn't ate in so long. I closed my eyes for a moment, i took a deep breath, I opened my mouth and took a small bite. Blake looked at me smiling "I'm so proud of you baby" He said kissing my cheek softly. It felt so good to eat something. My jaw felt almost sore, but in a good way, from just chewing the food. An hour had passed by of taking small slow bites, i finally had 1 bite left. I closed my eyes, and just breathed for a moment. I slowly took a deep breath and popped the last bite into my mouth. I swallowed and and just looked down at the empty plate. "I can't believe I did it, I can't believe i actually did it" I said, just staring down at the empty plate. All that were left were a few crumbs. Blake took the plat placing it in the sink. My stomach hurt from eating it, but it was a nice feeling. I actually felt full, like really really full. Blake took my hand as i stood up, "Wanna come over to my place for a while?" Blake asked, I nodded. We headed downstairs, slipped on our shoes and jackets, and headed out to his place. When we got there his mom greeted us; "You okay Jane?" His mom asked, I was clearly still a little shaken up from eating before, and I slowly nodded my head. I could tell his mom new something was up, but Blake just took us to his room, and plopped on his bed. He patted the spot next to him, and I cuddled up close to him. He wrapped his arms around me and looked me in the eyes. "Baby I really am proud of you. I'm always gunna be here with you. This relationship isn't going to end by me. I love you too much for that to happen." I smiled and rested my head on his chest, listening to his heart beat, beating with mine. "I love you too Blake, so much." I said as i closed my eyes in his arms. He kissed my forehead and rested his head against mine. "Baby I'm yours" He said in a soft whisper into my ear. Blake looked me in the eyes, with clear concern and all he could manage to say was, "Why?" I looked down at the floor, putting my sleeves back down as Blake pulled me into a huge hug. "Just everything, nothing is right, nothing except for you." A tear rolled down my cheek and he wiped it away with his thumb. "Baby, i love you." He said, kissing my forehead as i started crying. Everytime i see you this huge smile spreads across my face, and you just know how to make my day that much better." He smiled, lifting my chin up. I looked him in the eyes and kissed him. "We better get to class." I said after I pulled away. "Or, i could bring you home and we can hang out there." He said, getting up and taking my hands to help me up. "Sounds good to me." I smiled. When we got to my house nobody was home so we went upstairs to my bedroom. "What do you want to do?" I asked. "Wanna watch a scary movie?" He smiled, picking one up off the floor. "Sure." I giggled, i got up and closed the door and turned off the light while he put it in the DVD player. Blake sat down on the bed, and i went to sit on his lap. I rested my head on his chest as he played the movie. He took my wrist and gently ran his fingers along the cuts. "Is this because of your dad and your brother?" He asked, looking me in the eyes. "It wasn't at first." I trailed off, looking away and focusing on the TV. "But now it is." "You shouldn't do this to yourself." He smiled at me, with a slight concern in his eyes. "You're perfect and you don't need to worry what others think." "Can we please just watch the movie?" I said, looking up at the TV. "Yeah.." He said, trailing off. He wrapped his arms around my waist and hugged me tight. Scary movies wouldn't be as scary if it wasn't for the creepy music and people jumping out at you. But everytime something like that happened i couldn't help but hide my face in Blake's chest. "Is it over yet?" I said, looking him in the eye. "Not quite." If it wasn't for me, wanting to play basketball with her, she wouldn't be going through this. It was already four days, and she hasn't woken up. On the fifth day, I saw her eyes gently open. "Kelsey?" I called. She wasn't quite awake yet. Suddenly, doctors came rushing in, telling me I had to wait outside. I did, for a few hours. One of the doctors finally came out saying, "I understand that you're Kelsey's friend, Aaron?" "Yes," I whispered. He bit his lip. "She woke up, she's fine, but I'm afraid she has long term memory loss." "Are you serious?" I almost shouted. "I'm afraid so." I didn't meet his gaze. I couldn't. I wasn't going to say anything, so he spoke again. "You can go see her if you want, but she doesn't remember anything, not even her mom." I walked in, trembling in horror. I saw her. She looked helpless as she slept. I waited a few hours, until I saw her eyes opening gently again. I expected doctors to run in, rushing me out. Instead, she looked me straight in the eyes, and whispered, "I don't know you, but I like your eyes."
